I provide content management advice and consulting, education on tooling, and workflow structures and automation. For content teams (including marketing teams and/or localization departments) who struggle with workflow management or growth.
Making the best choice in content or localization management tools is hard, but I am here to help. With my experience in both the translation industry and marketing, I have knowledge of both sides of the content creation process. I am used to considering both the broader strategy and the tight scheduling and efficiency-driven aspects that project managers deal with, as well as the highly creative content creation process. But every team needs to have considered both in order to create ideal workflow optimization!

How the process works:

1st: Introductory call
Book an obligation free, 45-minute discovery call to outline your team’s content and workflow needs. We will consider what your current workflow pain points and ultimate goals are.

2nd: Audit
Following our introduction and intake agreement, I will investigate your current workflow, tools used, and your team’s feedback. The depth of this phase depends on the needs outlined in the introduction.

3rd: Implementation
Upon completing the audit, I will assist with the implementation and education around the recommended tools, process changes, or automations to improve your workflows. This can be everything from new tools, creating automations, or coaching your content managers.

4th: Ongoing maintenance
(Optional) regular check-ins and maintenance with you and your team members to ensure all is running smoothly, and no new needs have arisen. This can start off as monthly calls and eventually go down to quarterly.
